This is Tommy hugging Erica's friend Clara. We say that Clara is Tommy's girlfriend. Whenever she comes over to play with Erica he runs up to her and gives her a hug. It's the cutest thing!
Here's Bryant, the mighty grasshopper! We survived our first season of baseball 3X a week! He had a lot of fun. The beginning of the season was early spring so it was still freezing and so they sold hot chocolate at the concession stands. By the end of the season we were hot and they were selling snow cones.
This is the piano recital! Erica did an amazing job. It was also Bryant's piano recital, but it conflicted with baseball and baseball won. Erica and Bryant had already played their piano numbers for Federation. Federation is a chance for piano students to perform and be judged by a group of local piano teachers. They were both awarded superior ratings for their performances. I was so proud of them, that's the highest rating you can achieve.
I have two great little helpers! They are especially good at taste testing.
They must each have their own spoons, of course!
Erica donated her long, beautiful hair to Locks of Love. This is the after picture. I think it's darling on her.
But...this is how she felt about it just after getting it cut. She was in total shock!! There were a lot of tears. Bryant even freaked out and went to bed early because he didn't want to face Erica. He said it looked nothing like her. Erica didn't want to go to school the next day. After about 24 hours all was calm again and Erica quickly adjusted, whew!! I don't think we will do that one again.
Here she goes again...she loves the heels the most!
Here we are with all the cousins at temple square. We have so many little ones, this picture is crazy!!! There are even two babies missing. We have 6 babies to toddlers in the family right now.
Look at how cute this is with Erica looking endearingly at Emmy.
This picture is so lucky. Three of the four of them are smiling at the same time!
Grammy and Emmy. They look coordinated!
This is Emmy's cousin Sarah. Sarah is always playing with Emmy and Tommy and taking care of them.
Mike and I had a 4 day get away to St. George. It was for our anniversary. We hiked, swam, played tennis, ping pong, pool and watched movies. It was so much fun. We didn't want it to end.
There's nothing sweeter than this.
Emmy and Tommy started going to a nursery class during church time so that Mike and I can go to the adult classes. They play, have a lesson and a snack. She got her cute head band there. It says, "Jesus said love everyone." She wore it around the house for a whole week. You can see how much she loves it!
Bryant's remote control car was a great source of entertainment. The twins would chase it and squeal.
Brothers. This is in our neighbors yard. This swing is so much fun.
Here's Emmy in our neighbors yard. She doesn't look so sure of the steel bar hanging above her head!
This poor drawer! I keep toys in it for the babies. Emmy often crawls inside of it and plays but today Tommy joined her. The drawer somehow survived.
Happy Birthday to Daddy!!! He is showing off the nice card that Julie made him. He loved it Julie! Tommy is showing off his new favorite toy!
Emmy was obviously not up for a photo shoot.
Erica took this picture and the next of the babies. I keep thinking I've got to stop calling them babies. They are almost 2! But I want them to be babies forever!!! OK, maybe not forrreevvveeerrr.
